Privacy Policy

Introduction

Review Beast LLC (“Review Beast”, “we”, “us”) provides a web application that helps local service businesses monitor reviews, request Google reviews via SMS, and draft replies using AI. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights.

Data we collect

Account data: business name, user name, email, billing info.
Google account data and OAuth tokens to access Google Business Profile for the business you connect.
Customer contact info you enter for review requests (customer name and phone number).
SMS message content and delivery metadata necessary to send and track review requests.
Reviews and review metadata and AI-generated draft replies.
Usage data: logs, IP address, device and browser info.
Support transcripts and payment receipts.

How we use data

We use data to provide the service, send SMS review requests on your behalf, generate AI reply drafts, present reviews and analytics, operate and improve the product, and for fraud prevention and support.

Sender of record and messaging responsibility

SMS messages are sent from each client’s Twilio number. The client is the sender of record. Clients are responsible for obtaining and documenting any required consent from recipients and for A2P registration where required.

AI feature and posting

AI produces suggested reply drafts only. Review Beast will not post replies automatically. You must review and approve any reply before it is posted to Google Business Profile.

Third parties and processors

We use third-party service providers (for example Google APIs, Twilio for messaging, payment processors, and AI model providers). We share only the data necessary for those services to operate.

Consent and legal basis

By connecting your Google account you authorize us to access and act on your behalf for the connected GBP. By using the SMS feature you represent you have any necessary consent from the message recipients. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and carrier rules.

Opt-out and STOP handling

All messages will include clear opt-out instructions (for example, “Reply STOP to cancel”). We and our messaging partners implement and respect standard STOP/HELP handling. When a recipient texts STOP they will not receive further messages from that sender number.

Data retention and deletion

We retain account and message data while your account is active and for up to 90 days after account closure for legal, tax, and fraud-prevention reasons. You may request export or deletion at support@getreviewbeast.com. We will honor requests subject to legal limits.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards such as TLS in transit, encryption for secrets, and access controls. No system is perfect. Breaches will be reported as required by law.

International transfers

If data is transferred outside your jurisdiction we will follow applicable legal requirements and protective measures.

Your rights

Where applicable you may access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal data. Contact support@getreviewbeast.com for requests.

Children

Service is not for persons under 16. Do not submit minors’ personal data.

Changes

We will post updates to this policy with a new effective date.
