Acceptance

These Terms govern your use of Review Beast. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and account setup

You must be authorized to manage any Google Business Profile (GBP) you connect. Google may require that the GBP be verified and active before API access.

Services provided

Review Beast provides tools to: read reviews, send SMS review requests from your Twilio number, draft AI reply suggestions, and allow you to post replies to GBP after your approval.

Client responsibilities and sender of record

Clients supply and configure their own Twilio account and phone number. Clients are the sender of record for messages sent from their number. Clients are solely responsible for:

Obtaining and documenting any required opt-ins or consents from message recipients.
Completing any necessary A2P or campaign registration for carrier compliance.
Ensuring message content and frequency comply with applicable laws including TCPA and carrier rules.

Messaging rules and opt-out

All messages must include clear opt-out instructions. We provide tooling to include and honor STOP/HELP keywords. We may suspend messaging for accounts producing non-compliant or harmful traffic.

AI replies and posting

AI-generated reply suggestions are aids only. You must review and approve any reply before posting. You accept responsibility for content you post to Google Business Profile.

Acceptable use policy

Do not use the service to send unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or deceptive messages. Do not use Review Beast to manipulate reviews or post false content.

Payments and billing

Paid features and billing terms are stated on our pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may suspend or terminate access for unpaid accounts.

Intellectual property

We retain ownership of the platform and service. You retain ownership of your data. You grant Review Beast a limited license to use your data to provide the service.

Warranties and disclaimers

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee error-free operation or legal compliance of messages or AI outputs. You are responsible for compliance and for verifying AI suggestions.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid to Review Beast in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You indemnify Review Beast against claims arising from your use of the service including claims related to messaging consent, TCPA violations, A2P registration failures, or posted content.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breaches or noncompliant messaging. On termination your access ends; retained backups may persist for a limited time.

Governing law and dispute resolution

Texas law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved by arbitration in Texas, except where not allowed by law.

Changes

We may modify Terms. Material changes will be notified 30 days before taking effect.
